I don't like rating based on scores. I also dislike ranking systems for restaurants, but that's still the easiest way to find a place quickly. Here's how my rating system works. Scores are normalized for each to country:

👎 means don't go. Please don't make me use it. Usually happens when the food is really bad or the service is execrable.
🤷🏻‍♂️ means that you can go, but it's pointless. I did not enjoy it.
⭐️ means it's a good place. I'd go again happily.
⭐️⭐️ means it's a really good place. I'm actually trying to find an excuse to go back ASAP.
🤩 means a truly exceptional restaurant that I really enjoyed. I could live upstairs.

<aside> 👉 My marks tend to weight more the food than the service. That said, I take into account service and I think it is very important.
